Air Quality Testing in Nashville, Tennessee
Sampling before and after so the difference is measured rather than asserted.
Nashville's Air Duct Cleaning connects homeowners across Middle Tennessee with licensed, insured air duct cleaners for air quality testing. Estimates are free and written, the price is agreed before work starts, and the workmanship is backed in writing.
What the job usually involves
Every property is different, which is why the estimate comes after somebody has actually looked at it rather than before. What does not change is the process: assess, explain the options in plain language, put the scope and price in writing, then do the work to that scope.

Air Quality Testing, in practice
Testing before and after is what turns duct cleaning from a claim into a measurement. Without a baseline, "the air is better now" is an assertion nobody can check.
We will tell you when testing is not worth it. On an ordinary house with an ordinary dust problem, the before-and-after photographs tell you what you need to know and the sampling is an expense without a purpose.
Where mould is genuinely suspected, surface sampling goes to an independent lab. A company that both tests for mould and sells the remediation has an obvious incentive problem, so the analysis is not done by us.
A high reading is not automatically a duct problem. Sometimes the answer is a better filter, a humidity issue, or something in the crawl space, and we would rather say so than sell a clean that will not fix it.
